This appraisal seminar will focus on preparing real property appraisers to conduct appraisals on tribal land, primarily focused on South Dakota, yet may be applied elsewhere. This course will focus on utilizing the cost approach method for improved residential property valuations, as well as real property rights and land status within the different types of tribal lands.

Additional details will cover the different types of appraisals often requested for improved properties on trust land, reviewing areas for obtaining market data, understanding the process of doing business on tribal lands, and additional support to the cost approach. Participants can earn 7 CE (Continuing Education) credits upon completion of the course, pending approval of the SD Appraisal Certification Program.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space empty_h="2"][vc_column_text]
