The South Dakota Native Homeownership Coalition was born out of a need to expand homeownership opportunities for Native Americans in the state of South Dakota. The Coalition works to increase Native homeownership rates by leveraging knowledge and resources among stakeholders and other key entities. Through these synergies, we are revitalizing our communities by creating an environment that supports Native Americans in achieving their dream of homeownership.
This toolkit has been designed for leaders and community members in other states, both Native and non-Native, that are ready to lead the way to increase Native homeownership in your communities. As a tangible guide to replicate our model in your community, this toolkit will provide:

Basic Toolkit - $500
By purchasing the Basic Toolkit, you’ll receive complete access to the online version of “Sharing our Pathway.” We’ll walk you through the history and development of the South Dakota Native Homeownership Coalition, pointing out questions and processes to consider and lessons learned along the way. You’ll also have access to a plentiful resource library full of downloadable documents.
