This workshop will begin with an information-packed day where you will:

• Learn how to qualify for residential construction and rehab projects that are financed with various federal lending programs
• Gain an understanding of HUB Zone certification and how it can benefit your business
• Explore the benefits of a Native contractor’s trade association
• Find out how to become validated for HUD 184 home construction projects
• Utilize a template to develop your capability statement
