"We are providing tools and resources for practitioners who are on the front lines and guiding Native families along their unique paths to homeownership."

Practitioner Training Practitioner Training
We have hosted six trainings to build the capacity of homebuyer practitioners, including instructor certification trainings on the Pathways Home homebuyer education curriculum, Building Native Communities financial education curriculum, and post-purchase program development. Our cadre of instructors continues to meet regularly to share lessons learned and continue capacity building activities.
Partnerships Partnerships Our partnership with Homeownership Education Resource Organization (HERO), an affiliate of the South Dakota Housing Development Authority, inspired six new Native organizations to become certified HERO partners. This certification generates a funding stream to support the delivery of homebuyer education classes. Homebuyer Resources Homebuyer Resources
Through our "Native Homeownership is Possible" campaign, we delivered inspiring messaging to nearly 12,000 people through a series of videos. Those videos are housed on our www.nativehomeownership.com website with a listing of homeownership resources by reservation community. Aspiring homeowners can access this information to start on their path to homeownership.
Key Accomplishments How we are creating a clear path
to homeownership.
