The South Dakota Native Homeownership Coalition, in partnership with Freddie Mac, invite you to a webinar on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from noon to 1:30 pm MT on how Native community development financial institutions (Native CDFIs) can enter the conventional lending market as a third- party originator (TPO) to offer HeritageOne®.

Learn about: 

  • HeritageOne, a mortgage financing option designed for American Indian and Alaska Native borrowers enrolled in federally recognized tribes and living within tribal areas. 
  • Which borrowers are best suited for HeritageOne loans. 
  • The process for a Native CDFI to become a TPO to offer conventional mortgages and increase their access to loan capital. 
  • Lessons learned from two Native CDFIs in South Dakota and their lending partners who are exploring this process.
